Select ‘Login’.
Enter the email address on file with Lunettes du Monde Optometry.
Retrieve the six-digit one-time passcode sent to the email address.
Enter the one-time passcode to complete login.
Patients who previously logged in using a username and password and do not yet have an email address on file may log in one time using their existing credentials. After this initial login, an email address must be added and will be required for all future access using a one-time passcode.
